It's more than 4 years ago that the Executive Chef of Kapama Private Game Reserve sent me a friendly message via LinkedIn. She asked me if I could send her a sample of my Belgian Waffles. To be honest I had to check google maps first to find out where Hoedspruit exactly is. So there was my challenge how can I send my waffles to the bush and make sure they arrive fresh. After some discussion with my courier I was able to send out my samples. One times I found out that the delivery arrived at the wrong gate so I assume someone enjoyed the free waffles 🙂 I decided for the next delivery to do it myself and visit the Royal Suites at Kapama Game Reserve. So I took my lovely partner with and it turned out to be an amazing experience. Yes I saw some lions!
